We add new products to our range frequently. Unfortunately some styles and sizes sell out faster than others. If you can’t see your size it's most likely we have sold out and it is no longer available.

Our return policy is simply to follow. If you change your mind? You can return it for a store credit with 30days.

If you can not find anything you like to swap to and wish for a refund, we will refund less the *original shipping cost and refund remain. Within 14 days.
*original shipping cost is the actual postage usage to ship your parcel by a 3rd party. It could range from $9-$25 depending on the parcel weight, method of shipping, location and courier. Average parcel costs $9 to send) *The original shipping cost is different to our discounted shipping rate. If you want to enjoy the Free shipping you will need to keep stock-worth/store credit of $100 or more. And if you want to enjoy our discounted shipping rate you will need to keep at least 1 item to activate the shipping.

Bessi sizing is design to be easy to fit to most body type, if you are unsure about your size or the fit of a products, always look for description we aim to have style guide on each item for you to read before choosing your size. We are not an over-sized clothing label, however we are not small fitted. We design our clothing base on standard women body measurement together with comfort in mind.
